Oslofjorden er syk. Overfisking, forsøpling og overgjødsling har bidratt til at Oslofjordens helsetilstand er kritisk. Klima- og miljødepartementet lanserte våren 2021 en helhetlig tiltaksplan for en ren og rik Oslofjord med et aktivt friluftsliv.
Ett av tiltakene i planen er opprettelsen av et senter om Oslofjorden. Besøkssenter Oslofjorden skal være et kunnskapssenter for hele regionen som skal øke kunnskapsnivået om Oslofjordens utfordringer, og dermed øke befolkningens evne og lyst til å bidra til å ta vare på Oslofjorden.
Logic Interactive designet og produserte utstillingen i senteret, i historiske Karljohansvern i Horten. Utstillingskonseptet vårt tar hensyn til det historiske bygget, og er basert på et modulært system hvor alle elementene er montert på kasser langs veggen uten å berøre de fredede veggene i bygget. Dette systemet skaper en fleksibel utstilling, hvor plater og elementer kan byttes ut og oppdateres på en enkel måte. Designuttrykket følger designprofilen for Norges nasjonalparker.
I Besøkssenter Oslofjorden kan de besøkende utforske ulike fortellinger: Oslofjorden er syk, Frisk Oslofjord, Mangfold og Turist-perler. Bakerst i senteret kan de delta i forskjellige aktiviteter.
En rekke analoge og digitale interaktive opplevelser inviterer publikum til å finne ut mer om Oslofjorden, og å bli inspirert og utfordret å ta vare på den.
I spillet “Akuttmottak” kan man utforske Oslofjordens status i dag, og hjelpe den å bli frisk igjen ved å velge riktige tiltak. Klarer du å knuse dagens score?
På “Din mening!”-installasjonen kan man gi sin mening ved å svare på forskjellige spørsmål og få fakta. Svarene som gis kan sammenlignes med svarene andre har gitt. I det digitale akvariet kan de besøkende tegne sin egen marine skapning og se den svømme i landskapet.

The Oslo fjord is sick. Over-fishing, littering and over-fertilization, among other things, have contributed to the critical state of Oslo Fjord's health. In the spring of 2021, the Norwegian Ministry of Climate and the Environment launched a Comprehensive action plan for a clean and rich Oslo fjord with active outdoor life.
One of the measures in the plan is the creation of a center about the Oslo fjord: a knowledge center for the entire region that will increase the level of knowledge about the Oslo fjord's challenges, and thus increase people's ability and desire to take care of the Oslo fjord.
Logic Interactive designed and produced the exhibition for the center, in the historic Karljohansvern building in Horten. Our exhibition concept takes the historic building into account, and is based on a modular system where all the elements are mounted on wood cases along the wall —without touching the protected walls of the building. This system creates a flexible solution where boards and elements can be taken in and out of the cases, allowing the content to be updated in a simple way. The visual design follows the profile of Norway's national parks.
In the Oslo fjord visitor center you can explore the exhibition through various stories: The Oslo fjord is sick, Healthy Oslo fjord, Diversity in the fjord and Tourist Pearls. You can also participate in different activities at the back of the room in the “Action zone”.
A series of analogue and digital interactive experiences invite you to find out more about the Oslo fjord, and be inspired and challenged in order to take care of it.
You can explore the status of the Oslo fjord today in the game “Emergency Room”, and nurse the fjord back to health again by choosing the right measures. Can you beat today's top score?
In the installation “Your opinion matters!” you can give your opinion by answering questions and get feedback together with facts. Answers can be compared with other people's responses. In the digital aquarium, you can draw your own marine creature and watch it swim in the landscape.
